Chili peppers are picked fresh in the morning, and put into a 30 - 60 day ferment. Hot Sauces are processed with no seeds, no skins, no fillers, no preservatives, no texture agents. Grinder flakes are dried the day their picked, ground and sifted into spicy flavorful blends. Small family business from seed to bottle, to sale. All natural, all hands on- no funny business!

5 oz. Hot Sauce- CAROLINA REAPER - 500 kV sweet red ripe chilis blended with funky Carolina Reapers and red ripe garden cherry tomatoes, ginger and carrot. Fermented to make its own perfect vinegar tartness.
5 oz. High Voltage- GHOST PEPPER GREEN VOODOO. Tomatillos, Pablanos, Jalapeno, Anahiem, Ghost Peppers, Garlic, Onion, Lime. 250 kV
6 oz. High Voltage- BLACK PEPPER STEAK SAUCE. 500 kV. Fermented. Black Peppercorns, Fresh Garlic, Carolina Reapers, blended in a homeade steak sauce.
6 oz. High Voltage- TOMATILLO VOODOO SAUCE. 115 kV. Mild but Mighty Flavor. Roasted Tomatillos, Pablanos, Jalapenos, Anahiems, Garlic, Onion, Lime.
